GROUP PSYCHOTHERAPY

Group psychotherapy offers a safe place for people to continue working on the issues that brought them to therapy, in the first place, as well as
-to receive validation for who they are and how they feel;
-to explore past history as it presents in the room;
-to experiment with becoming emotionally freer;
-to use relationships in the group to grow and change;
-to learn from the experiences of others;
-to receive and give feed-back.
